Spotlight on the 2026 Winners

Here’s a glimpse at some of the standout initiatives from this year’s winners:

  • Thrive Learning – Turning Learning Analytics Into a Competitive Advantage: Thrive Learning transformed its analytics infrastructure from a manual reporting bottleneck into an AI-native, customer-facing platform. With Thrive Analyse serving more than 56,000 active users and driving an 81% reduction in reporting-related support tickets, the initiative demonstrates how data can become a daily decision-making tool rather than an administrative burden.
  • Picarro, Inc. – Building a Secure, AI-Ready Enterprise: Picarro undertook a comprehensive technology transformation spanning AI, data, infrastructure, and business systems without increasing its net operational budget. By unlocking more than $500,000 in annual savings through AWS optimization and vendor renegotiations, the company reinvested in AI automation, security modernization, Zero Trust networking, and enterprise governance, including its first AI Governance Policy.
  • Team Air Distributing – AI as a Digital Teammate: As Team Air expanded from five branches to 18 in less than three years, the company embedded AI directly into everyday employee workflows. AI agents integrated with its ERP system now help employees manage inventory, answer credit inquiries, access institutional knowledge, and accelerate onboarding. The initiative has reduced inquiry resolution times by up to 95% and is saving more than 2,000 employee hours annually.
  • ecosio – Modernizing Human Capital Management: ecosio replaced manual, email-driven HR processes with an integrated and automated HCM platform. The transformation streamlined everything from onboarding and payroll to performance management and compensation reviews, giving the organization greater visibility into workforce data while reducing administrative friction across its growing European workforce.
  • Lumen Technologies – Scaling Marketing With Brand-Governed AI: Lumen reimagined its content supply chain using Adobe's AI and workflow technologies, moving from a linear production model to a connected, AI-accelerated approach. Campaign launch times dropped from 25 days to nine days, production time decreased by an average of 90%, and the company estimates $5 million in savings through its new workflows.
  • The Dufresne Group – Reimagining the Contact Center Experience: The Dufresne Group modernized its contact center to support a more connected and consistent guest experience across its North American footprint. By addressing outdated technology, manual workflows, and fragmented processes, the initiative is helping agents spend less time on administrative tasks and more time delivering personalized service.
  • Jaguar Land Rover – Creating a Digital-First Automotive Customer Journey: Jaguar Land Rover, in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services, transformed its vehicle purchase journey through an omnichannel commerce ecosystem. The initiative connects digital and physical touchpoints, improves personalization, and creates a more seamless experience for customers and retailers across its global network.
  • ABB Ltd – Accelerating ERP Transformation With Agentic AI: ABB partnered with TCS to deploy an agentic AI platform that automates and augments key stages of the ERP development lifecycle, from requirements and design to code generation and testing. The initiative has delivered 30–35% improvements in SDLC productivity, faster delivery cycles, and greater consistency in documentation and code quality.

Together, these initiatives illustrate the breadth of transformation taking place across today's enterprise landscape. Whether focused on data, cybersecurity, employee experience, customer engagement, or technology modernization, this year's winners demonstrate that meaningful innovation is measured not just by the technology deployed, but by the business outcomes it enables.
