Rahul is responsible for the customer journey and leading CX activities for FleetCor's North American Fuel business, including:

- Voice of Customer: Responsible for deployment of a new Voice of Customer & Survey platform, automating and centralizing customer feedback.
- Self Service Platform: Lead a team developing a next-generation self-service platform that enables customers to pay their bills, analyze transaction activity and take advantage of other benefits tied to their credit cards.
- Salesforce CRM: Lead a team responsible for Salesforce Service Cloud and service messaging.
- CX Strategy: Coordinate process improvements designed to improve the customer experience and increase NPS.
